Upon entering, you will find a bright and spacious living area that seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. The villa features four bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat with king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, spacious wardrobes, and 65-inch smart TVs. Three bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

Relax in the saltwater pool, maintained with automatic pH correction and continuous filtration. Customize your experience with the Domotics system, which allows you to adjust the lighting to create the perfect ambiance.

Saniya Villa provides convenient amenities such as private parking, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels, and basic cooking ingredients. Complimentary airport transfers are included for stays over five days.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please follow the house rules, including designated smoking areas, quiet hours, and a no-pet policy.

Electricity charge – 6 THB per unit. The picture is taken upon your arrival and payment is made during check-out after usage calculation

House rules

1. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas with ashtrays. Smoking inside the house and on the artificial grass is strictly prohibited. Please avoid smoking near open windows to prevent smoke from entering the house. Any smoke smell inside may result in charges for chemical furniture cleaning.
2. Any damage inside the house will incur charges.
3. Please refrain from using glassware in or near the pool. If glass breaks in the pool, all the water will need to be drained and refilled, with charges applied for this service.
4. Kindly be considerate of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and noise disturbances are not allowed outside of these hours.
5. Pets are not permitted.
6. Please store your valuables in the safety box provided.
