Civetta Villas

Civetta Villas is a house and villa project located in Rawai, Phuket and was completed in May 2016. Small community of six boutique villas located on a serene hillside in a residential area.

Each villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a large pool deck with a barbeque area and a very nice landscaped garden.

The villas have been designed according to European, rather than local standards. The result is a beautiful villa of the highest quality, ensuring low maintenance and hassle.

The project is attached to the 5-stars resort, which oversees maintenance of common areas and offers special resort rates and facilities usage to the buyer’s. The project concept centers around two main ideas: maximizing green space and conserving energy.

The hydraulic and electrical systems have been designed and tested by European technicians, using parts that have been imported from Italy and represent the highest quality available. Nai Harn beach, one of the top 10 beautiful beach in Asia according to Trip Advisor survey, is only 5 minutes’ drive from the villa. The construction is now under progress with a total completion of the whole project by June 2016.
