Rent Villa In Nai Harn

It comprises 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, western kitchen, fully furnished, all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds, 4 singles in bunk bed formations, and one room with twin single beds. The villa therefore comfortably accommodates 14 people.

Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite. It has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second bedroom is also located upstairs.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built-in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you from both bedrooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 5 also has a king size bed, and shares the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 6 next door with the 2 sets of bunk beds.

The ground floor also boasts a second living room, with huge comfortable sofa complete with 50” flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound and cable TV. This floor also houses a spacious games room with pool table, bar stools and tables, dart board and gym equipment.

Returning to upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50″ flat screen TV, DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus a bluetooth speaker system. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the open valley views across Nai Harn.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai.

Villa also offers wireless Internet access throughout the villa, and a landline telephone for local calls.

Located less than a 10 minute walk to Nai Harn Beach, where there are a good selection of restaurants and bars

Holiday Rental Rates

Rates per night in $USD: 800 to 1 400

Rates per night in THB: 28 000 to 49 000

including Daily housekeeper 8:30am – 5pm

a). A deposit payment of 50% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation. An invoice will be send, including the bank details.

b). The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas – NY period.
c). All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges.
d). Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are based on the maximum capacity as noted in the schedule, including children.
e). Continental Breakfast is 8USD / 250THB per person per day, Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea , Croissants, Toast, Jam Butter and Fruit

f). A Thai Cook is provided for 32USD / 1,000THB per evening for up to 14 Guests; 14 Guests and above require 2 x Cooks @ 32USD-1,000THB each

g). All rates incudes 10% Service Charge and VAT at prevailing Government rate (currently 7%)
h). The villa is subject to a CASH security deposit of 600USD / 20000 baht, 900USD / 30000 baht for 8/9 Bedroom Villas (or equivalent Cash Security Deposit in Guest’s Home Currency)
i). We offer one return airport transfer to our 3 & 4 bedroom villa. 6/7/8/9 bedroom villas on full occupancy, we offer two return airport transfers.
