This villa offers 9 bedrooms: 8 + 1 for kids, 16 adults can sleep comfortably and 4 kids can be added which brings the capacity to 20 persons.

It comes also with 9 bathrooms, western kitchen, fully equipped, all with built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, remote control air conditioning units and large flat screen TVs with DVD players and cable TV. Bedroom suites are split over three levels, offering 4 king-size beds and 4 rooms with twin single beds, therefore comfortably accommodating 16 people.

The main floor will take your breath with its panoramic sea view seen through the gigantic sliding doors that open up entirely from the main living room onto the infinity edge swimming pool.

The huge private 12 x 5 meters swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a very spacious sun deck with sun beds, comfortable modern furniture and a large undercover dining table with seating for everyone. The second sun terrace on the upper balcony can be accessed by external spiral staircase.

Upstairs on the “upper level” you can enter three of the 9 bedrooms. A spacious “second” living room is also found on this level, with sizeable sofa, 50″ flat screen TV and DVD player, perfect for comfortably relaxing at the end of the day. Furthermore, there is a dedicated office with a work desk for those who have to spend a little time working, made convenient with the high-speed WIFI connection and landline telephone.

In middle level of the property, you will find yourself in the main living area, again with comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player.

Located on this “middle level” are two further king-size bedroom suites, both with en-suite bathrooms offering baths, walk-in showers and twin vanity units with wash hand basins. Each of these bedrooms has it’s own balcony allowing the opportunity to make the very most of the exceptional seaviews.

Taking the stairs to the “lower level” brings you to the vast games room, offering sofa seating and bar stools to relax while others play games of pool, table tennis, darts or indoor basketball. Alternatively you can spend time exercising on the gym equipment, while pondering thoughts looking out across the ocean.

This level of the villa also houses the remaining four bedrooms, three twin rooms, all with two single beds, a flat screen TV and private en-suite bathrooms. The final ninth bedroom (with two sets of bunk beds) also has it’s own en-suite bathroom and access to the villa’s laundry comprising of washing machine, tumble dryer, linen airing and storage areas.

Finally, the lower level boasts the unique Cinema Room, complete with 6 double reclining, lounger chairs, seating 12.

Located less than a 10 minute walk to Nai Harn Beach, where there are a good selection of restaurants and bars

including Daily housekeeper 8:30am – 5pm

a). A deposit payment of 50% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation. An invoice will be send, including the bank details.
b). The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas – NY period.
c). All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges.
d). Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are based on the maximum capacity as noted in the schedule, including children.
e). Continental Breakfast is 8USD / 250THB per person per day, Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea , Croissants, Toast, Jam Butter and Fruit

f). A Thai Cook is provided for 32USD / 1,000THB per evening for up to 14 Guests; 14 Guests and above require 2 x Cooks @ 32USD-1,000THB each

g). All rates incudes 10% Service Charge and VAT at prevailing Government rate (currently 7%)
h). The villa is subject to a CASH security deposit of 600USD / 20000 baht, 900USD / 30000 baht for 8/9 Bedroom Villas (or equivalent Cash Security Deposit in Guest’s Home Currency)
i). We offer one return airport transfer to our 3 & 4 bedroom villa. 6/7/8/9 bedroom villas on full occupancy, we offer two return airport transfers.
j). Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge on request
k). 8/9 bedroom villas requires 14 night minimum stay over Xmas/New Year period.
