Coco Kamala has been skillfully master planned to benefit from the natural elements and the location of the site on the western sunset coast of Phuket. 1ST Reservation deposit 2%
2ND Within 30 days of reservation deposit 28%
3RD Upon completion of main structure 40%
4TH Upon completion of wall, partitions and roof 10%
5TH Upon completion of floor tiles and wall tiles 10%
6TH Within 7 days after the developer notify the date of villa 9%
inspection for defects before villa completion and move in
7TH Within 7 days after the developer notify the date of registration 1%
of transfer of ownership to buyer

Price including swimming pool, landscape garden (grass), air conditioning, built-in closet and kitchen (gas hob, hood, sink and refrigerator)
Prices do not include power and water meter installation fees (app. 15,000 THB)
Common area fee 28 THB per sq.m (built-up area) and payable 2 years in advance. Service including garbage collection, electric water bill (common), road and garden cleanliness maintain, 24-hour security guard, CCTV and a shuttle bus 4 times a day to beaches, shopping mall and nearby area.
All relevant Taxes, Stamp Duty, Land and Building Transfer Fee 50/50 between buyer and seller (app. 150,000 THB each)
Sinking fund 50,000 THB. One time payment. Sinking fund is not paid to the developer but it is reserved fund manage by owner’s committee
