80 000   THB*  for high season (November, October, March, April)

100 000 THB*  for peak period (December and January)

Long Term Rental Rate

40 000   THB*  for a yearly stay

*The electric usage is paid separately from rental rate. The fee is 8 baht per KWH. The maid service and linen change is provided weekly (except for yearly rate)

A THB 20,000 security deposit is required for holiday rentals (short-term).
A THB 40,000 security deposit is required for long-term rentals (6 months +)

50% of total rental fee to be paid for the booking and balance paid upon arrival.
