The 3 bedroom Sea View Luxurious Villa on Patong Hill is on 2-storeys. First floor features a living room, kitchen and dining room, bedroom and TV room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. There is extensive use of teak wood throughout the villa. All windows and floors are made from solid teak wood which which give the house a warm cozy feeling. The 3 bedroom villa is equipped with bathrooms, superb-view living room, fine dining area and well-equipped kitchen.

Kitchen
The Villa boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, stoves & ovens, electric cooker hood with plenty of equipment cabinets. You will find all the conveniences and utensils to which you are accustomed.
There are sweeping views both directly down to the Patong hills and across the terrace to the beautiful-nightlife Patong bay.

Living Room
A panoramic view living room, with folding doors that allow the room to be totally opened, offers great views of Phuket lush tropical rain forest, Patong bay and the shared swimming pool.

Bedrooms
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms including a balcony overlooking great view and landscapes. All rooms are air-conditioned, come with decorative fan, and feature polished teak wood floor, rich Thai silk & fabrics, and are equipped with en suite facilities. Cable TVs are in every bedroom.

Bathrooms
The master bedroom has a jacuzzi, the second bedroom has a bathtub and the third bedroom is equipped with a shower. Hair dryers are in every bathroom.

Pool
The communal pool is chlorine-based and sanitary. Pool lounges and beach towels are available for guests.

All villas have WIFI Internet throughout.

Unless previously arranged, please note that checkout time is 12:00 noon. Should you require additional time, we will arrange if possible.
A refundable security deposit will be required in the amount of 25,000 THB. This money will be refunded upon checkout.
