High Season (November to April): 15 000 THB /night – 300 000 THB / month

Peak Season (15 December – 15 January): 20 000 THB /night – 450 000 THB / month

Minimum Stay of 1 week

Those rates include: water, cleaning once a week (change of bedsheets and towels also), internet. It excludes: Electricity (5thb/unit) and extra cleanings (2000 thb per time).

Long term rental rate

This villa can be rented for a year or more at the rate of 120 000 THB / month including pool and garden maintenance. Excluding utilities: electricity, water and internet.
