Yearly Rental: 400 000 THB per month

The minimum stay is one week in high season and peak season.

The above rates includes:

– Welcome drink
– water and electricity (not for monthly rate)
– Use of linen and towels, changed weekly
– Housekeeping service daily
– Swimming pool cleaning and gardening service
– Wireless internet
– Government, VAT 7% and 10% service charge

Rates do not include:

– Electricity at 7 Baht/unit (included on short stay)
– water 15 bath/unit (included on short stay)
– Maid cleaning 6 days/ week : 10 000 THB per month

To confirm booking: Deposit =1 month , balance is pay on arrival.
