-100% full payment of the first week/month is required upon arrival date
-The security deposit is required upon arrival date to be kept separately in a fund for use should the tenant cause damage to the premises or otherwise violate terms of the lease

Amendment and Cancellation Policy:

Amendment must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to guest arrival date.
Any cancellation made within 15 days of the guest arrival date will be charged with a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire stay. Any cancellation made within 7 days of the guest arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged with a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire stay.
